Angelina's Corner is a new 31-unit condominium development built with the intention of providing the city with more affordable housing.

Multi-Ethnic Development Corporation (MEDC), the developer, is one of Salt Lake City's oldest nonprofit organizations and has been developing, owning and managing housing throughout Utah since 1975.

MEDC has secured some great financing options for families or persons in the moderate income category. There is a matching down payment program as well as second mortgage money available through the Olene Walker Housing Fund at a very low interest rate.
